How to Add Contact Form In PrestaShop
PrestaShop has its contact form addon, so you don’t need to install anything special or paid.
This addon has a minimal set of features, but it is usually enough to provide all the e-commerce support.

Manage contact form settings by logging into the back office, clicking on Modules → Module Manager, and searching for the word contact
. You should see Contact form
and Contact information
addons installed by default.

Contact Form PrestaShop Addon
You can only set two options in the contact form configuration (back office → Modules → Module Manager → search for contact form
) in the contact form configuration.
Send confirmation emails to your customers – set to YES as it is usually an excellent way for both sides to communicate. Imagine your customer remembering that he forgot to add some missing information – they can fix that without the need to duplicate the entire request.
Receive customers’ messages by email – set to YES. I have seen a dozen times when customers set it to FALSE and never check the contacts block, and they miss lots of user messages. That is inappropriate, and you should be very reactive to customers’ demands.

Contact Information PrestaShop Addon
If you want to reduce the spam you are receiving – it is best to remove the email address from your PrestaShop footer.
To get that happen, log into the back office, click Modules → Module Manager and search for contact information
. In that addon, set the Display email address
toggle to NO
.

How to Change Subject Line In PrestaShop Contact Form
You will notice that the contact form has subject line input. This input sends a written message directly to the responsible person. For example, imagine one of your staff working with accounting and a different one with the warehouse. These are particular topics that a specific staff member should manage.
You can manage topics and add as many as you like in the back office → Shop Parameters → Contact. Again, add as many subjects and staff members as you want here, but try not fake them.
If you are the only person working in a store – create a General subject and just delegate all the emails to you — no need to make a fake sense of a big site just by adding fake staff contacts.
